Meet Our Chef
We are delighted to welcome Roberto Rossi as Chef at Borgo Finocchieto. Born in Tuscany, Roberto is one of the most talented and creative chefs in Italy. During his 36-year culinary career, he has consistently honored the Tuscan culinary tradition based on the understanding that great food relies on the quality of its ingredients — fresh, seasonal and local. A prolific gardener, a keen insight into each seasons’ particular freshness and flavors, and a light, creative touch are the hallmarks of his extraordinary culinary career, most recently recognized by the achievement of the coveted Michelin Star at il Silene.

Breakfast
Guests begin their day with a spectacular breakfast buffet featuring fresh pastries, homemade breads, fruit, yogurt and egg dishes made to order. Guests may also enjoy espresso and cappuccino to order, as well as a variety of fresh squeezed juices, teas, and drip coffee.
Lunch
We offer a variety of lunch options from casual buffets to more formal, coursed menus.
Aperitivo
Savor the sunset and enjoy evening aperitivo outside, or indoors at our fully equipped bar.
Dinner
Following aperitivo, gather your group in one of our many dining areas and savor one of Roberto Rossi's custom seasonal menus, which can be served in a variety of formats.
