Once serving the Borgo in an ecclesiastical function, Santa Teresa
is more refined than the hearty Fede. It also offers an airy, open floor
plan downstairs in which a few steps and a cutout wall separate the
living room from the kitchen. Large arched doors open onto a patio with
covered seating and a view of Montalcino. Santa Teresa is the brightest
of the houses, with a yellow palette and blue accents. Upstairs, two
bedrooms provide excellent views of Montalcino and the Val d'Orcia.
The master bedroom features a large, arched window and oculus where
the chapel would have once been.
